If the weight of an item or items exceeds the amount required for First Class Postage the shipments will be made via Special Fourth-Class Mail, also called Book Rate. Fourth class mail delivery may take from 5 - 15 days or longer. For faster service please specify either First Class or UPS service. First Class Mail weighing over 13 oz. is called Priority Mail. UPS shipments require a street address. Payments may be made by Visa or MasterCard, and must be issued in U.S. funds.
CANADA
Delivery for surface orders is 20% - minimum $5.00. Air requires 30% - minimum $6.00. Payments may be made by Visa or MasterCard, and must be issued in U.S. funds.
OVERSEAS
Delivery for surface orders require 30% - minimum $5.00. Air shipments require 80% - minimum $6.00. Arrangements for shipment via private Air Freight company can be made with minimum order $200.00. Payments may be made by Visa or MasterCard, and must be issued in U.S. funds. Allow 4-7 weeks for delivery.

Our ordering process is currently set up only for the U.S.A and Canadian orders. Overseas orders please send E-mail for information about ordering.
All payments must be in US currency. We accept Visa, MasterCard, through our on-line server, credit card orders can also be accepted by fax. We strongly suggest that you do not send actual funds through the mails. Check your order carefully for correct pricing and shipping charges. We don't ship C.O.D.
Credit Card Orders:
Please fill in fax order form print up and fax your credit card information to us at 1-301-490-3814. Your order must be marked with Code No: 5046. All credit card orders will be processed via Mascor Publishing, this allows us to ship your order as quickly as possible. Be adviced that this name will also apear on your credit card monthly statement.
Checks and Money Orders:
We do not accept checks and money orders any more, all payments must be made by credit card.

If you are not completely satisfied, return your book(s) within 14 days, in perfect condition, and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the product, less shipping and handling. There are no refunds on quantity purchases, mailing lists, imprinted products, reproduction rights, or shareware.
