Did you know that almost 10% of Canadians have a criminal record? Surprised? Don't be. Some people don't even realize this until they try to change their job or to cross the border. A criminal record can affect your personal and professional life forever. In Canada criminal record is not removed automatically, you must make an application for a pardon, which makes your criminal record invisible and will not be disclosed to any person or organization without the permission of the Solicitor General of Canada. To cleanup your past you have to act, and you have to act now - you never know when you will need a clear record - do not delay! Applying for a pardon will take some time and effort from you.

I have advice for you, that you cannot find from any other pardon assistance service - do it by yourself - do it almost for free! You do not need a lawyer or other representative. Pick-up a Pardon Application Booklet from your local Police or RCMP Department and follow the easy step by step instructions. It is clear and is designed to be done by you! The forms, when filled out, will be processed by the government. There is no way to speed up this process and all pardons are processed at the same speed regardless of who prepared the forms.

Service and Price.

If for some reason you cannot do it by yourself - I will do this for you. I will complete and prepare all the necessary forms and documents required to process your pardon application fast, errorless and confidentially. And remember - regardless of what you have heard, read or have been told no one, no person or company, no matter how much experience they have, and how much money they will charge you, can interfere in this process. So, if you are confident do it yourself - if not send me a service request note.

Basic Service Fee

Basic Service Fee is $370.00 and includes one (1) Criminal Record check from your Local Police Department, National Parole Board Processing Fee, and covers all administration and corespondence costs. Basic Service Fee applies if:

• you have resided at the same address for the last 5 years.
  
• you have not been convicted of an offence in the last 5 years.
  
• you have not received any type of monetary penalty from the Court(s), such as, a fine, reimbursment order, restitution order, or compensation order.
  

Additional Service Fee

Fees for additional Police Records Check(s)

You must have a Criminal Record(s) check from your Local Police Department(s) for any address you have resided in within the past five (5) years. Each additional Police Record check, other than the one you receive in our Basic Service Fee, will cost an additional $50.00 each. E.g. If you changed your address two (2) times you have to add $50.00, if three (3) times - $100.00, if four (4) times - $150.00 and so on.

Fees for Court Documents

The fee for obtaining Court Documents is $50.00
Court Documents are required if:

• you were convicted of an offence within the last 5 years.
  
• you received any type of monetary penalty from the Court.
  

Confidentiality.

All my correspondences to you are sent in plain, unmarked envelopes with my personal name on it only; no company name, and no logos. For your privacy and peace of mind, I will print the address on a plain label or even write it by hand if you wish. I will store no record of you on any computer after completion your case, all documents collected during the pardon process will be destroyed right after the process is completed. Only I can guarantee you this level of confidentiality.

Guarantee.

If you will not be granted a pardon, I will return you the $250 fee. I will not return you the fee payable to your Local Police, Court, National Parole Board, and administration costs.. The guarantee is voided if during the pardon process you are involved in criminal activity, are charged with an offence, have no criminal record, or your waiting period has not been completed.
